Sri Lanka Sunrise - Old Reserve Cocktail
The signature cocktail of Sri Lanka, the Sri Lanka Sunrise, is inspired by the perfect Sri Lanka sunrise.
- Recipe:
- 25ml Old Reserve
- 25 ml Passion Fruit
- juice/cordial
- 10ml Lime juice/Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. crushed lemon grass
- 40ml Soda
- Ice Cubes
- Method:
- Shake all ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with Soda.
- Garnishes:
- Stick of Lemon Grass, Lime, Lemon wed, and Frangipani flower.
